Medication policy

                      All medication (prescription or over the counter) is to be given through the nurses office. The medication should be in the original container along with a note from the parent/guardian and doctor. The note should have the name of the medication, the amount to be taken, how it is to be taken and when it is to be taken. Please do not send medication to school with your child. This includes cough drops and vitamins. This is for your child’s safety, and the safety of all our student’s. The only medications the nurse is permitted to give without a note are Tylenol and Tums.
